❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Will I get in trouble if I report something that turns out to be nothing? A: No, never. We’d rather you tell us about something small than miss something important.
Q: What if I don’t want my parents to know I’ve made a report? A: We’ll discuss this with you. Sometimes we have to tell parents for safety reasons, but we’ll explain why and support you through it.
Q: Can I report concerns about things happening at school? A: Yes! We can help coordinate with your school to make sure you get the right support.
Q: What happens to recordings if I leave NSEMM? A: Standard recordings are deleted after 180 days. If there were any safeguarding concerns, they might be kept longer for your protection.
