   Begin by filling out our form to let us know what subject you’re looking for in a tutor. Our tutor matching team will contact you within 48 hours (usually much faster, typically outside of the 9-5).
   
   If you need a call at a specific time, please mention it in the additional comments section. During the callback, we’ll arrange a free introductory chat with a tutor at a time that suits you.
   
2. OAA Award Eligibility
   If you’re eligible for the OAA award, our tutor matching team will identify this during the call. You may need to provide evidence to support your application, which could delay the first chat by a couple of days unless you have the documentation ready. Learn more about the OAA award here.
   
3. Schedule a Free Chat
   During the callback, you can speak to a tutor about what you need in the subject and why you’re looking for tutoring. You can then book your first lesson. Be sure to set up a payment method before your first lesson, or it will be cancelled.
   
4. The Payment Process
   We charge for the lesson the day before it takes place, though it may take a couple of days to process depending on your bank. Subsequent lessons are charged automatically one day before each lesson. Sometimes, payments are collected in batches every other week. You’ll receive an email notification a few days before the payment clears.
   
5. Tracking Your Progress
   Tutors submit detailed lesson reports after each session. All lessons can be recorded and accessed later for review and reinforcement. You can find these recordings in the lesson hub.
   

We prioritise making top-notch tutoring affordable for everyone. We operate on a pay-what-you-can model, with lessons starting at £15 per hour so that we’re able to keep our organisation running.

If this doesn’t fit your budget, we can subsidise these lessons to a rate that you can afford. We take payment via direct debit. Rest assured, the price you pay never affects the quality of service – all our tutors are rigorously selected and continuously supported to deliver exceptional lessons.

Our tutors are all high-achieving current university students or recent graduates from top UK universities. They possess excellent grades (A/A*s at A-levels or equivalent) and are specialists in their subjects. Every tutor is interviewed before joining to ensure a strong fit.

Absolutely! Enjoy a free 15-minute meet-the-tutor session to discuss your child’s needs and ensure a good fit. We can book you in to meet multiple tutors before deciding; there’s no obligation to book after the free session.

Unfortunately so. We are currently focused on providing high-quality tutoring for GCSE, A-Level, and IB qualifications specific to the educational systems in England and Wales. This allows us to ensure our tutors are familiar with the curriculum and can deliver the most effective support.

The quality of their teaching is equally high, as all tutors undergo a rigorous selection process and receive ongoing support.
