Frequently Asked Questions

How much do these sessions cost?
Creative enrichment sessions are priced at £200-400 depending on length and complexity. Free sessions are available for schools with high proportions of students in POLAR4 Quintiles 1 or 2, high IDACI scores, 25%+ Pupil Premium/FSM students, or schools in Priority Education Investment Areas. We can also offer discounted rates for multiple session bookings.
What age groups are these sessions suitable for?
Our sessions are designed for Years 9-13 (ages 14-18) but can be adapted for younger students when appropriate. We adjust content complexity, examples, and activities to match the developmental stage and interests of your specific year group.
Do you deliver online or in-person?
We primarily deliver sessions online using interactive platforms that work well for creative activities. However, we may be able to arrange in-person delivery depending on your location and the specific session type. Creative workshops often work particularly well in-person, so please let us know your preference.
Who facilitates these sessions?
Sessions are led by our trained student mentors alongside creative professionals and graduates with expertise in media, arts, and communication. All facilitators undergo enhanced DBS checks and training in educational delivery and safeguarding.
Can you customise sessions for our school’s needs?
Absolutely! We regularly adapt our sessions to align with specific school themes, current events, or curriculum links. For example, we can tie storytelling sessions to English curriculum or campaign workshops to citizenship studies. Just let us know your requirements.
What outcomes can we expect from these sessions?
Students typically report increased confidence in public speaking, improved creative thinking skills, and greater willingness to participate in class discussions. Teachers often notice students who were previously quiet becoming more engaged and willing to take on leadership roles.
Do students need any prior experience or skills?
No prior experience is needed! Our sessions are designed to be accessible to all students regardless of their starting point. We focus on building confidence and skills gradually, ensuring everyone can participate and benefit from the experience.
Can these sessions be combined with your other workshops?
Yes! Many schools book both our careers/academic workshops and creative sessions for full-day enrichment programmes. This combination works particularly well for sixth form induction days or transition programmes, offering both practical skills and creative expression.
